De keuken is voorzien van inbouwapparatuur: 5-pits gasfornuis met grote oven (Smeg), een afzuigkap, afwasmachine, koelkast en vriezer. Verder is de keuken voorzien van meer dan genoeg opbergruimte. 
Om de hoek van de keuken is het toilet subtiel weggewerkt in de entresol. De ruime woonkamer is een oase van licht door de gigantische raampartijen. 

Aan de woonkamer-zijde van de keuken is er wederom veel bergruimte achter de stalen kastdeuren. De keuken en woonkamer worden verlicht door LED verlichting, en op de vloer ligt massief eikenhout parket.

Naast de stalen trap is er een ruime bergkast met wasmachine aansluiting. De trap leidt naar de slaapkamer op de entresol. You enter this former school through the original wooden double doors on the first floor. Through the stately shared staircase with lead glass windows you reach the house on the second floor. With ceilings as high as 4.5 meters and the distinctive large windows, fantastic light enters the home. 

This loft is one open space in a former classroom. Inside the classroom is a structure in which all facilities are concealed. The entire structure was designed by award-winning architect Rob Ten Napel and feels spacious and light in all places. 

At the entrance under the stairs of the entresol is a spacious storage room created (big enough for a racing bike for example) which also provides space for the meter cupboard. The modern open kitchen with worktop and cold rolled steel fronts is placed under the entresol and overlooks the living room. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances: 5-burner gas stove with large oven (Smeg), a hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Furthermore, the kitchen has more than enough storage space. 
Around the corner from the kitchen is the toilet subtly concealed in the loft. The spacious living room is an oasis of light through the huge windows. 

On the living room side of the kitchen, there is again plenty of storage space behind the steel cabinet doors. The kitchen and living room are lit by LED lighting, and the floor has solid oak parquet.
